Brown | Family

 My cousin and her precious family are visiting from Japan! This is the

first time any of us have gotten to love on precious little Adam. 

So of course we had to do a mini shoot of them. :)

Cooper | Newborn

Cooper spent about 90% of his session today bright

eyed and bushy tailed. He must've been afraid he was going to miss 

something. Despite all that, he rocked his first photo shoot.

Although it can't be too hard to do when you're as handsome as he is. :)

Cooper James | A Birth Story

Last night/early this morning, I was able to be apart of something huge guys. 

It was one of the most beautiful

births I have ever gotten the chance to witness. Birth stories as a whole have 

become one of my favorite things to capture.

Cooper James is quite the stubborn little one, but he was well worth the wait. I don't think many

people would argue me on that. At about 6:00AM yesterday morning, I got a text from Kenzie saying

her contractions were steady enough that she was heading to the hospital. I got so excited for her. 

The moment she had longed for and prayed about for the last 41 weeks was almost here... Sort of.

Around 10:00AM, they were headed back home with no baby yet. But her contractions continued

throughout the day. At 7:30PM, I got the text I'd been anticipating all day. They were going

back to the hospital! I rushed to the hospital to meet them. 

This time, they weren't leaving without a baby.

Kenzie handled labor like a champ. She listened to her body, and with the encouragement of the

amazing support system around her, she did it. No epidural. No nothing. I admire her strength throughout the whole process.

Congratulations Kenzie and Kaleb!

Welcome to the world sweet, sweet Cooper.

Kennedy | 6 Months

I absolutely love seeing my newborns come back throughout their

first year! It's amazing watching them grow and change. 

Today, I got to see little miss Kennedy and her sweet momma. 

Kennedy was in a great mood, and she loved the camera just about as

much as it loved her! I cannot wait to share these with you. 

Her cheeks and big brown eyes are to die for, seriously. *swoon* 

P.S., Who doesn't love a cute baby butt in a Santa hat? 

Harper | First Birthday

Miss Harper will be ONE year old this week, and today her

friends and family came together and showered her with love and celebrated

her life. She is definitely one special little girl.

And oh my goodness is she adorable?! Those baby blues are to

die for, seriously. I can't even handle her! 

By the way, her momma did an amazing job with the decor and putting this

party together! I may need to enlist your creativity for the next birthday party I throw. ;)

Hammock | Maternity

I am a total sucker for a sweet baby bump. Especially when that sweet baby

bump is being rocked by one of my long time best friends. 

Kenzie and Kaleb are going to be amazing parents, that's perfectly clear. 

This little one certainly won't be lacking any love or laughter in his life. He's so blessed already.

Kenzie's pregnancy seems to have flown by! I'm looking forward to capturing a birth

story here in the next month or so. November 27th sounds like a good day to me Cooper. ;)

Mr. & Mrs. Wright | Wedding

Erika & Adam are just about as adorable as it gets. They are a beautiful couple, and such a 

joy to be around. I had a blast shooting their wedding on Saturday!

 I've been working hard to get this preview up, and I am beyond

excited to be able to share it with you all.

 

 

I personally am a huge fan of their guest book. I think it's a good omen for their marriage that the Vols just happened to upset Georgia on their wedding day. ;)
