Baby Hammock | Gender Reveal

When I first asked Kenzie what she hoped her baby would be, her

response was "A girl. Well. Actually, I don't care. I just want to find out so that

I can start buying stuff." 

Well, get ready to go shopping because

baby Hammock is a BOY!

 Cooper James, coming this November.

Y'all, I am beyond excited to be documenting every step of this little boy's venture into

the world. Let me tell you, he is loved already. There are so many people that 

cannot wait to meet him. (Myself included!)

Kenzie has been one of my good friends for a very long time now, and I know

that she and Kaleb are going to be the best parents.

Kennedy | Newborn

Do not let this adorable little face fool you. This precious doll gave me

a run for my money today. She certainly put up a fight when it came to going to sleep.

She's got iron-strong willpower at just five days old.

But boy was she cute, so that made it okay. The longer she fought,

the longer I was able to cuddle her. Ha ha! Life's about the silver linings right?

I loved this session with miss Kennedy Grace today. It was great to finally

meet her and catch up with her sweet momma!

Adam + Erika | Engagement

This afternoon was perfect picture weather! I'm sure I'm

not the only one here welcoming this warm weather. 

It was a beautiful day for a beautiful engagement session!

This won't be the last time you all get to see Erika and Adam.

You can expect to see their wedding in October as well!

Congratulations to the both of you, I look forward to continuing to work with you both! 

Hammock | Christmas

Note to self: Next time I have a photo shoot outside in the winter, wear gloves!

Being out in the cold and losing feeling in my fingertips was definitely worth it for this

session though! I had a blast working with Kenzie and Kaleb. We couldn't stop laughing. They

are such fun people to be around. Not to mention a beautiful little couple!

Love them both to pieces. 

We took these at the Christmas Tree Barn in Hendersonville which was such a cute little place.

I just love this time of year, and everything that comes with it!

Hollins | Newborn

You all saw sweet Baylee from belly, to birth, and now I am (finally) sharing

her newborn session! At 3 days new, she totally rocked her photo shoot. 

I look forward to being able to watch this little one grow! 

She is beautiful! 

One thing I've noticed a lot recently, is how everyone turns to mush around 

little babies. It makes sense. They're precious. Something about babies

sparks a love and happiness inside people. I enjoy watching those moments unfold.

This is why I love what I do!

Hollins | Birth Story

I have been eagerly (and impatiently) waiting to share this preview with you all!

At 8:26am yesterday morning, I got to be apart of a very special moment. One of my 

best friend's gave birth to a beautiful little girl yesterday. I got to witness her sweet family of

three become four. 

Kourtney called me at about 5:00am Thursday morning and told me she thought this was

the real deal and that they were going to the hospital within the hour. Not thirty minutes later

they were headed in. Kourtney, Ross, and Xander were surrounded by family (also not so patiently)

awaiting the arrival of this sweet little one. I'll tell you what, this little girl certainly will not

lack any love in her life. 

She certainly didn't make us wait too long though. She was ready to make her debut! When she did,

boy was she gorgeous. I'm so excited to share this story with you all.

Baylee Kate born

Hollins | Maternity

Just over two years ago, I took some newborn photos for one of best friends. 

Here we are, two years later, and I have the privilege of capturing another special moment in that

same best friend's life. Kourtney and Ross (and Xander) will be welcoming a sweet new addition

some time very soon. A baby girl, Baylee Kate! I look forward to these next

few months and getting to photograph her birth, as well as her newborn pictures. 

Today, I'm eager to share their maternity pictures with you all. 

Kourtney is absolutely glowing. 

I mean seriously. Who gets to look THAT gorgeous while pregnant?!

So handsome, and so grown! Xander is going to be an amazing big brother.

I cannot wait to be apart of and share this big moment in their lives.
